Nick capocci was born in Norwich, Norfolk, UK.

He studied music at the Royal College, London from 1972-76; harmony and counterpoint with William Lloyd Webber, composition with Humphrey Searle and piano with Eileen Reynolds.

In 1979 he developed his theory of NEWTONALITY, a highly specialized view of evolution, incorporating technique of fusing tonal and atonal material into an integrated dynamic language

1987 he settled in Kent, England, after an extensive career as pianist/bandleader, and is now working on his second Symphony, and SHE, a one act ballet.
